ARE THERE ANY RISKS INVOLVED IN YOUR TREATMENTS?

Although not contra-indicated, we prefer not to give treatment to patients with severe renal impairment, as well as pregnant ladies. Although all our products are safe to use during pregnancy, the dosage may be too high for an unborn foetus. However, if you should discover that you are pregnant after you’ve been treated by us, there is no reason to panic, just avoid any further treatment. We also encourage you to report your pregnancy to us and our doctor will contact you immediately.

Thrombophlebitis is a painful condition caused by a localized inflammatory process in one or more of the superficial veins, accompanied by a blood clot in that vein. It is directly associated with the trauma caused by the drip needle. A low-grade infection might be present in some cases. It is a general side-effect due to the placement of an intravenous cannula and is not associated with our active ingredients used.

***THROMBOPHLEBITIS IS EXTREMELY RARE WHEN CORRECT STERILE PROTOCOLS ARE FOLLOWED AND WHEN THE DRIP IS USED FOR SINGLE ADMINISTRATION OF FLUIDS ONLY*** (PS: Thromboflebitis should NOT be confused with deep vein thrombosis, commonly known as DVT)

DO I NEED A PRESCRIPTION?

No, you don’t need a prescription. However, in the following scenarios you will have to see our doctor before treatment will be given:

(1) Excessive, sudden or unexplained weight loss

(2)Excessive, sudden or unexplained fatique

(3)If our treatment does not meet your expectations or if your symptoms deteriorate despite our treatment

(4)Persistent symptoms of fatigue after 3 treatments

(5)Before we commence our DELUXE AUTO IMMUNE SUPPORT treatment

HOW LONG DOES YOUR TREATMENT TAKE?

Full duration of stay will be maximum one hour

Drip times:

(1) 15 minutes for CHARGE

(2) 30 to 45minutes for all other treatments

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF INTRAVENOUS VITAMINS COMPARED TO ORAL VITAMINS?

No gastric or intestinal side effects with intravenous vitamins

Only 20 to 30% of vitamins get absorbed into the bloodstream via the oral route, compared to 100% direct deposit of vitamins via the intravenous route. The results are therefore quicker as well as more effective.

HOW OFTEN CAN I DRIP?

It is safe enough to drip weekly. Most people drip once or twice a month with regular intervals to maintain energy levels and keep their immune system at an optimum level.

WHO WILL ADMINISTER THE DRIP?

A registered nurse will drip you. All our scripts are signed by our full-time medical doctor.
